Policies

 

Personal Orders require payment by credit card.

Corporate Accounts may be established after completing a credit application. We do request a credit card for your first order. We will however keep your credit card number on file. Invoices go out within four days (unless terms have been negotiated) after the order is placed. If payment is not received within 15 business days of the date of the invoice, the invoice amount will be placed on the credit card. Any invoice PAST DUE by 30 days or more will incur a $25 late fee, 45 days or more will incur another $50 late fee and 60 days or more will incur another $75 late fee.

Basket Orders Placed for Local Delivery will be made Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm. All deliveries will be made within 48 hours unless a specific date has been arranged. Same day delivery is available on orders, however a rush delivery fee will be incurred. Rush deliveries start at $25.00. Deliveries in the greater Sacramento area are $18.00. Outlying areas will incur a higher delivery fee. Residential deliveries made when no one is available to receive the delivery will be left with a neighbor if possible and a door tag will be left with notification of delivery and location.  A phone number is required for all deliveries.

Redelivery Attempts or rerouted deliveries to corrected addresses: When no one is available to receive your gift basket delivery, a second delivery attempt will be made. You will be charged accordingly. In addition, you will also be charged if the second delivery is due to an incorrect address.

Commercial Deliveries will be made Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm. Please inform us if the business adheres to certain business hours or is closed during the lunch hour so additional charges will not incur. Fees are the same as the residential fees outlined above.

Special timed deliveries will be quoted on request.

Pick up orders must be picked up at the timed agreed upon when your order is placed. Orders that are not picked up within 3 days of scheduled pickup time will be delivered via our delivery service at the customer’s expense and billed accordingly.

Shipping is available throughout the United States via FedEx, UPS or USPS.  All requests for 3-Day Select. 2nd Day Air and Next Day will be quoted when needed. All our orders are shipped regular ground service unless otherwise requested. Penalty fees for incorrect addresses will be charged.

Product Substitution may occur within a gift basket order due to fluctuations of inventory. All substitutions made will be of equal or greater value.
